KORDEXA / DIGITAL ENGINEERING

Connected systems. Considered workflows.

Kordexa Digital develops API integrations and business automation connecting websites, applications, payments, email, SMS, and databases.

Connect the systems your team uses

An integration moves approved data or actions between systems. It is useful when manual transfer creates repetitive work, a customer journey crosses several tools, or a website needs to communicate with an operational platform.

Begin with the source of truth

Discovery identifies which system owns each record, which events trigger an action, and what information may be exchanged. We review provider documentation, authentication, permissions, service limits, and error behavior before defining the connection.

Connections we can review

The scope can include APIs, payment services, transactional email, SMS, booking systems, analytics, and database workflows. Availability depends on each platform’s supported APIs and account permissions. Optional tracking remains subject to the site’s consent choices.

Design for failures as well as success

Architecture considers validation, duplicate events, retries, and meaningful error states where the workflow requires them. Backend logic handles approved exchanges; frontend interfaces expose the actions or status users need. Credentials remain on the server rather than in the public browser bundle.

Scope, implementation, and validation

The number of systems, data transformations, event frequency, provider constraints, and operational requirements affect scope. Standard custom development starts at $1,999.99 for the agreed base scope; integration work is reviewed as part of a project or an upgrade. Three revision iterations are included and additional major iterations are $199.

Custom automation for a specific process

A custom integration is appropriate when an existing connector cannot express the required rules or experience. We map the workflow, implement the connection, validate agreed success and failure cases, and configure deployment. Ongoing support and provider changes are separately contracted.

Start with the workflow and tools

Name the systems, the data that should move, and the action that should happen. Identify available API documentation if you have it. Do not send passwords, tokens, or other credentials in the inquiry form.

Project questions

Can every platform be integrated?

No. Integration depends on supported APIs, permissions, provider limits, and the required workflow. We review those constraints before agreeing on scope.

Where are integration credentials stored?

Server-side configuration holds credentials. They should not appear in public source files, client bundles, or project inquiry text.
