Project inquiries
The project inquiry form collects your name, organization, email, optional phone and existing website, project parameters, selected capabilities, project description, and referral source. These details are stored to support project review and communication. Do not submit passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive credentials.
Storage and delivery
Inquiries are stored in a server-side database. When an email provider is configured, the inquiry may be sent to KORDEXA and a receipt sent to the email address you provide. Email delivery is currently configuration-dependent. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process operational request data.
Anti-spam protection
The inquiry endpoint uses validation, a hidden anti-spam field, submission timing checks, and a limited-lived hashed request identifier for rate limiting. The rate-limit record expires after ten minutes; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database by this application. Infrastructure providers may maintain separate operational logs.
Device storage and tracking
Consent settings are saved in local storage. Session storage prevents repeated splash playback. Project configuration is remembered only with preference consent. No optional analytics or marketing provider is active.
Retention and requests
The business must finalize inquiry retention, deletion procedures, provider disclosures, and a privacy contact. To raise a privacy question in the meantime, use the project inquiry form and select Other. This page does not represent finalized regulatory or legal advice.
