Project scope and pricing
Standard custom development starts at $1,999.99 for an agreed base scope. Upgrades and integrations require review. Estimates and configurations on this website are not binding quotes. Final deliverables, schedule, payments, and responsibilities belong in the applicable signed project agreement.
Revision iterations
Standard paid projects include three revision iterations. Additional major revision iterations are $199 each. Minor bug fixes and corrections necessary to fulfill the originally agreed scope are included and do not incur this major revision fee. The final agreement defines review milestones and scope changes.
Desktop/mobile apps and church offering
Desktop and mobile app development starts at $3,999.99, with final scope reviewed before agreement. Eligible churches receive web/app development with six initial iterations, monthly content updates, and bug fixes for a flat fee of $0.00. Churches must provide 501(c)(3) verification; a tax exempt number is not required. Restrictions apply and must be reviewed before acceptance. CRM work is outside the service offering.
E-commerce model
E-commerce development is $1,999.99 upfront plus a 5% qualifying transaction royalty. Calculate the basis after excluding applicable sales tax and shipping charges and deducting applicable payment-processing fees. KORDEXA royalties are capped at $3,000 per calendar month. This is a maximum royalty, not a sales threshold. No additional royalty is due after the cap is earned for that calendar month; the calculation resets the following month. Royalties become non-refundable once earned and paid.
Ownership, licensing, and support
Ownership and licensing terms are defined in the applicable project agreement. Hosting obligations, recurring fees, maintenance, integrations, third-party licensing, and ongoing support must be specified in that agreement. No ownership transfer or unlimited support promise is created by this website.
Items requiring final review
The business and legal team must finalize contracting entity details, payment timing, taxes, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, intellectual property, provider terms, cancellations, dispute resolution, warranties, liability provisions, and the dedicated e-commerce agreement.
